Sladek is a Czech aroma hop, resulting from a cross between Saaz and Northern Brewer. Sladek has a fruity aroma profile with mainly grapefruit, peach, and passion fruit although there are also hints of berry aromas (redcurrant, cassis, and strawberry). The exact alpha acid content is indicated on every package.
