Heavy, caramel-malt, sweet and slightly spicy ale with full body and alcohol warming. Strong but refined bitterness due to the use of the mildest English hop variety.

Fermentation: optimal temperature: 20-25°C

Ingredients: Pale 7 EBC (barley), Amber 50 EBC (barley), Cara-crystal 120 EBC (barley), Chocolate 900 EBC (barley), Wheat malt 3 EBC (wheat), hops, beer yeast. The malt is not crushed.
