Fermentation: optimal temperature: 20-25°C

Ingredients: Pale Ale malt 8-12 EBC (barley), oat flakes, wheat malt 2-4 EBC, lactose, acidulated malt 1.5-5.1 EBC (barley), hop, Amoretti Mango (cane sugar, dextrose, fructose, mango, natural flavor), beer yeast. The malt is not crushed.
